William, Founder & Sourcing Lead
William founded Mesh & Net and runs its sourcing and specification work directly. He comes from an engineering background in precision manufacturing, years spent where a fraction of a millimetre and a clear tolerance decide whether a part is right or scrap. That habit is the whole method here: on netting, the difference between a net that works and one that fails is often a tenth of a millimetre of mesh aperture, a wrong shade percentage, or a roll width that does not fit the structure. He treats an agricultural netting order with the same discipline as an engineering spec.
How he approaches a sourcing request
"Most netting problems I see are not sourcing problems, they are specification problems," is how William puts it. "A buyer asks for '50 mesh' and assumes it stops their pest; it may not. My job is to catch that before anyone pays for the wrong material." So every request starts the same way: define the exact specification with the buyer, in millimetres and grams, before a single price is discussed. Then source it from vetted partners. Then put the delivery terms and assumptions in writing. And if a project does not make sense on specs, quantities or delivered cost, he says so instead of quoting it.
He works as a genuine solo operator by design: no call centre, no sales layer between you and the person who actually understands the product. That is also why the guides on this site are written from real sourcing work, focused on the decisions that change a quote, rather than generic content spun for search engines.
An international setup
William operates from Europe, coordinating a US company (Qualitora LLC) for operations and contracts and a vetted network of manufacturing and quality-control partners in Asia. It is a deliberately small, focused structure: European engineering rigour on the specification, an American entity you can hold accountable, and manufacturing partners assessed in person, rather than a faceless marketplace.

Behind the desk is a network of selected manufacturing partners and quality-control capability in Asia. We keep our partners' identities confidential, which protects both their commercial position and the value we add: specification support, coordination, documentation and inspection per agreed scope. What we can share openly is how we vet: partners are visited on site, and a facility we work with passed a third-party SGS Production and Trading Assessment (2025); that documentation can be shared during qualified quote discussions.
