How we source

In short. Mesh & Net turns your requirement into a written specification, coordinates quotes with vetted manufacturing partners assessed on site and via a third-party SGS assessment, and puts everything that matters in writing: MOQ, lead time, delivery terms, importer of record and duty assumptions. Quality checks are performed per agreed scope. You commit to nothing before accepting a documented quote.

The process, step by step

  1. You describe what you need. Product family, use case, dimensions, destination. The quote request takes a few minutes; the RFQ Spec Builder helps if you want to prepare a complete spec first.
  2. We clarify the specification. Within 2 business days you get a personal reply with the questions that matter: exact mesh aperture or shade rate, UV treatment, roll formats, packing. This step is where costly mistakes are caught, before production, not after shipping.
  3. We coordinate the quote. We take the confirmed specification to our manufacturing partners and consolidate the answer into one commercial offer. You deal with one contact, in English, in a US company.
  4. You receive a documented quote. In writing: specification, MOQ, production lead time, delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP), who acts as importer of record, duty assumptions and validity period. If an assumption changes, the quote says how it is handled.
  5. Production and quality checks. After you accept, production starts against the written spec. Quality checks are performed per agreed scope, defined in the quote before production, not improvised afterwards.
  6. Shipping and delivery. Freight and customs steps follow the delivery terms agreed in the quote. You know in advance which responsibilities are yours and which are handled.

What to expect on MOQ, lead times and payment

MOQ. Minimum order quantities are real in this industry and vary by product and specification. We do not publish one number because it would be wrong for most specs; the quote states the exact MOQ. Below-MOQ requests get a straight answer, not silence.

Lead times. Typical production for netting runs around five weeks after spec confirmation, then ocean freight to the US. Seasonal demand and Chinese New Year affect schedules, which is why the quote confirms dates per order. If your season depends on a date, tell us first and we plan backwards from it.

Payment. Terms are agreed in writing before any commitment, typically deposit and balance tied to production milestones. Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Due diligence you can do right now

This is a young site and you should verify before you buy. What you can check today: Qualitora LLC is a registered US company, searchable in New Mexico public records, with the address published on our About page. Our manufacturing partners were visited on site in 2026, and their facility passed a third-party SGS Production and Trading Assessment (2025); the assessment documentation can be shared during qualified quote discussions. Every specification published on our netting pages comes from a real catalogue. We publish no reviews at all rather than invented ones.

Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by product family and specification, so we state the exact MOQ in writing in every quote instead of publishing a single number. If your volume is below the MOQ for a given spec, we say so directly and, where possible, suggest a workable alternative such as a standard roll format.

How long does production take?

For netting orders, production typically takes around five weeks after the specification is confirmed, plus ocean freight to the US. Both are confirmed per order in the quote, because mesh type, treatment and quantity affect the schedule.

Who acts as importer of record?

It depends on the delivery terms you choose. The quote states in writing who acts as importer of record and which duty assumptions apply, so there is no surprise at customs. If you are unsure, tell us and we recommend a setup.

How do you verify quality if you are not the manufacturer?

Three layers: specifications are confirmed in writing before production; quality checks are performed per agreed scope, defined in the quote; and our manufacturing partners were assessed on site in 2026, with a third-party SGS Production and Trading Assessment (2025) covering business licence, premises, production capability and quality process.

Why is the manufacturer confidential?

We act as the commercial and specification contact for selected manufacturing partners under confidentiality agreements. That is standard in sourcing. What we can share: the SGS assessment documentation during qualified quote discussions, and written specifications from real catalogues.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payment terms are agreed in writing before any commitment, typically a deposit and balance structure tied to production milestones. For qualified orders, buyer-protective arrangements can be discussed case by case. You never pay anything to receive a quote.
